The Design Concept

Concept start to flow until ideas form a collected vision. Before pencil is placed to paper, the look and feel of the project is established with a design concept in the form of imagery. We discuss materials and finishes.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Preliminary Drawings

The consistent concept weaves into the interior details. Design Development is an active phase, showcasing a clear understanding of interior details, joinery, finishes, furnishings and lighting.

DOCUMENTATION

Detailed Drawings

The dream begins to take root. Detailed drawings and 3D models come into focus. Every line, silhouette and seam reflects your vision.

COMPLETION

Building your dream home

Once the details are perfected, the work is turned over to people who can convert your dream to reality. The foundation is built, walls and windows are consecrated. Throughout this process, I ensure your journey with the trades are smooth by liaising directly with them.
